Finding Suitable Homes For Sale In North Bay
After combing the local news paper and scouring the Internet for what I thought would be an easy to find deal on a local home in the North Bay area I find myself surprised and almost somewhat dumbfounded. Not only was finding a suitable home for sale in North Bay becoming somewhat of a “white whale” but I began to realize most real estate agents had little or no idea at all how to advertise to, and “capture” local prospects who might be hunting for a home on the Internet.
The concept that some of the areas most savvy sales force had no idea how to manipulate such a razor sharp advertising tool to they’re advantage has sparked the ignition of some truly down right devious marketing campaigns of my own.
This Blog itself has now become some what of a “Prime Location” for those wishing to advertise under the term “Homes for sale North Bay”.
Even though this site is just a default theme of a WordPress blog looks can be deceiving.
My tracking software now confirms that after optimizing this Internet “Real Estate” and doing a “Dot Com Property Make Over”™ I now intercept a little over 700 leads (visitors) a month at this site. These are for the most part interested home shoppers looking to spend money on homes for sale in the North Bay area.
In other words smoking red hot Real Estate leads for any interested North Bay REA’s.
